We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Financial Systems Expert.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with experience in implementing and maintaining financial systems, particularly ERP solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

This includes designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.

The role also involves leading or supporting ERP implementation projects and ensuring smooth integration with finance processes.

An added responsibility is managing finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Additionally, the candidate will provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.

A key aspect of this role is documenting workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

The selected candidate will also train finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions is required.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).

Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar) is essential.

Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes is crucial.

A good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements is necessary.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.

The ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally is also required.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment is desirable.

Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements is an added advantage.

Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting is also preferred.
