Job Title: Housing Finance Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in affordable housing development.

Affordable housing refers to rental and ownership housing units that are affordable to families and households at income levels lower than the area's median income. Our team monitors funding announcements and prepares applications to request funds for land acquisition, housing construction and related costs.

  • The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, underwriting, financial modelling, or financial research is required.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis, project finance, credit analysis, valuation, balance sheet analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities include preparing Excel-based funding applications, monitoring documents, researching new funding opportunities, and general support of other initiatives as required.

The successful candidate will work remotely as part of a team, requiring excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and be available from 3.30 PM IST to 12.30 midnight.
