Job Title

Senior Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive business success, liaise with partners on timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up on payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms.
  • Support account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing entries.
  • Provide business context for query resolution and prepare finance committee documents.
  • Fulfill various reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, and sales teams for smooth operational execution.

 

Key Skills:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
