As the Business Finance Team Lead for Working Capital Finance, you will be responsible for identifying and managing key partnerships to drive growth of working capital finance solutions.
You will build long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration. This role requires expertise in business development, partner management, and financial structuring to deliver innovative solutions.
- Identify potential partners, such as banks, fintech firms, and other financial institutions to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
- Develop strategies to acquire new partners and expand the partner network continuously.
- Foster and grow relationships with existing partners in the working capital finance space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
