Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our education partnership efforts in expanding the adoption of our English language learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), and Teacher Coaching & Professional Development products within the Education sector.

About the Role:

This key position involves identifying potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our English language learning, literacy-numeracy, and teacher coaching products. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Potential Client Identification: Identify and research potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our products.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or a related field is required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach is necessary.
  • A strong network of publishers across pan-India is mandatory.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry is essential.
  • Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills are required.
