Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Manager, responsible for spearheading B2B partnerships and driving business development initiatives within the EdTech or startup sector.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in partnering with premier institutions like IITs, IIMs, or BITS. A proven track record of forging successful partnerships in the EdTech or startup sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • IDentify and pursue new partnership opportunities with educational institutions (Indian and global) and other relevant organizations.
    • Develop strategies to expand market presence through strategic alliances.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
    • Serve as primary liaison between partners and internal teams.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Lead negotiations to finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
    • Ensure deals comply with company policies and guidelines.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to align partnership goals with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Establish KPIs for partnership initiatives and track performance.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership outcomes to senior management.
