Lead Finance Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Provide strategic insights to support business decision-making through data-driven analysis and forecasting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance tracking to ensure operational efficiency and optimal financial health.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Audits: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Treasury Management: Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and risk management to optimize financial resources.
  • Investor Relations: Provide regular financial insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders, preparing presentations and performance reports as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance: Possess a relevant professional certification or advanced degree in finance.
  • Senior Finance Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Strong expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (IGAAP, IND AS, IFRS) is essential.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
