Engineering Analyst

About the Role:

The Engineering Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities. This includes the design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot environments to ensure system health and performance.
  • Track system health and performance and troubleshoot infrastructure, application and deployment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines by assisting in building, maintaining and optimizing continuous integration and deployment workflows.
  • Automate routine tasks by implementing automation to streamline repetitive activities like deployment, configuration and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
  • CI/CD tools experience with Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, Teamcity or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like AppD, Grafana, ELK or Splunk.
  • Strong Git skills and understanding of branching, merging and workflows.
Experience:
  • 2-5 years in roles related to system administration, software development or IT support.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, cloud, containerization and infrastructure tooling.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
