Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Citrix & NetScaler specialist located in Pune. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing infrastructure for Citrix & NetScaler environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Citrix & NetScaler

  • Manage
    performance monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades, policies, and maintenance activities
    for Citrix infrastructure.
  • Provide
    design, architecture, and operational recommendations
    for Citrix environments.
  • Experience in deploying servers using
    Non-MCS, MCS, and Quick Deploy
    in VMware/Azure environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Citrix NetScaler 14.X – Implementation & Upgrades
    .
  • Ensure
    security and compliance
    with industry standards and best practices for Citrix environments.

Azure, Windows / Active Directory, Entra ID Infrastructure

  • Strong knowledge of
    Windows OS & Active Directory services
    (GPO, DNS, DHCP, clustering, Windows Security) with troubleshooting expertise.
  • Responsible for
    design, development, implementation, and improvement of Azure cloud environments
    .
  • Experience in
    Citrix–Azure infrastructure integration and implementation
    .
  • Understanding of
    networking concepts
    (virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Knowledge of
    security best practices
    , including identity & access management, and network hardening.
  • Proficiency in
    managing Azure resources and services
    .

Qualifications

  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for Citrix & NetScaler environments
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure management and PVS (Provisioning Services)
  • Knowledge and implementation of IT Service Management best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) or related are a plus
