We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Systems Specialist to support and enhance our Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions, managing configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of the system to ensure a seamless candidate and recruiter experience. Plus a solid understanding of integrations with other SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central) and external systems.

This role will be remote first, however travel will be expected of you.
How You'll ContributeThe HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following:-
- Act as the lead systems specialist for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules
- Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, templates, and requisition/job postings in accordance with business needs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to translate business requirements into functional system solutions
- Collaborate with IT and integration teams to support data flows between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g. SAP HCM, payroll, onboarding platforms, background screening providers)
- Monitor system performance and user experience, identifying and implementing improvements
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for issues related to the Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including troubleshooting and resolution
- Maintain system documentation, including configuration records, process flows, and user guides
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, roadmap, and best practices; manage and test relevant system upgrades and patches
- Support training and change management efforts for recruiting and onboarding related system features
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy and employment regulations
To help us make a difference, you'll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:
Essential
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding modules
- Experience with system configuration, administration, and user support in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
- Solid understanding of recruiting and onboarding processes and HR technology integration
- Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK) or Onboarding certifications
- Experience with related modules such as Employee Central, or Recruiting Marketing
- Experience supporting multi-country onboarding processes
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, EEOC).
