About the Job:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HR Service Centre Specialist.

This role is the first point of contact for employees, providing accurate and timely support for a wide range of human resources inquiries.

You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping our employees navigate HR Provide HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via telephone, email, and voicemail, addressing questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

- Resolve Issues: Utilize a knowledge base, policy manuals, and other HR resources to promptly and accurately resolve employee issues.

- Data Management: Process and maintain employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- This includes handling moderate to complex personnel actions.

- Escalate Complex Cases: Identify and escalate complex or specialized issues to the appropriate HR teams for resolution.

- Track and Follow Up: Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution.

- Team Collaboration: Support and assist other team members as needed to ensure the overall success of the HR Service A high school diploma or equivalent is Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources role.

- At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a service centre or help desk setting.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Must be proficient in using HR databases and systems.
