Job Title: AI Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Systems Specialist to join our team.

This individual will design and deliver structured, hands-on developer sprints centered around AI. They will have deep expertise in GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on engineering with mentoring experience to guide developer teams. Strong problem-solving mindset and diagnostic skills are necessary for this role.

The successful candidate will have advanced prompt engineering skills for both platforms and expert-level knowledge of LLM fundamentals, AI ethics, and security practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver hands-on developer sprints centered around AI.
  2. Combine hands-on engineering with mentoring experience to guide developer teams.
  3. Develop advanced prompt engineering skills for both platforms.
  4. Maintain strong problem-solving mindset and diagnostic skills.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features.
  • Expert-level knowledge of LLM fundamentals, AI ethics, and security practices.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for both platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and diagnostic skills.
  • Recent experience in Java, Python, and/or Visual Studio Code.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
  • Strong instructional presence, demonstrating patience, empathy, and adaptability when guiding teams.
