Job Title: AI Expert Support Lead

The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of experience in software engineering, platform reliability, or AI systems management.

Responsibilities include ensuring the resilience and scalability of AI-powered expert systems deployed across key domains. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage stability engineering squads, AI support specialists, and DevOps collaborators.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) and downtime classification are crucial aspects of this position. Strong expertise in Python and/or Java for production debugging and script/tooling development is also required.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 14+ years of software engineering, platform reliability, or AI systems management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading support and platform operations for AI/ML/GenAI-powered systems.
  • Expertise in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, and containerized observability.
  • Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerts using enterprise tools.
