Job Title: System Support Specialist

Job Overview:

The System Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of critical systems globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain system software and hardware, including servers in all offices worldwide.
  • Provide technical product support for systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Offer remote support to clients on system configuration and identify/analyze system failures with break-fix support.
  • Track system issues through resolution within agreed time limits, escalating unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals at the dedicated file repository/knowledge base.

Key Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems, preferably with experience in Installation and Maintenance.
  • Experience with CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software, as well as related hardware and integration.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019) and SQL is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical trouble shooting/reverse engineering abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
