Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are meticulously prepared prior to check-in, guaranteeing seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate luggage collection and storage, streamlining the check-in process.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promptly address guests' requests, such as in-room dining, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure special guests, like individuals with disabilities, seniors, children, and VIPs, receive personalized services, catering to their unique needs.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff, following up to ensure concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options, promoting an enhanced experience.
  • Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered, highlighting value and exclusivity.
