Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our properties in South and West India.

As the first point of contact, you will greet guests with a warm demeanor, providing top-notch customer service throughout their stay. Your efficient management of check-ins and check-outs will ensure seamless operations, while your excellent communication skills will handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries with ease.

Additionally, you will maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. You will also create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs, demonstrating your administrative prowess.

Your ability to step in as the property in-charge during the absence of the property manager showcases your leadership skills. Furthermore, you will assist in the procurement of monthly supplies and support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.

Finally, you will issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, showcasing your financial acumen. This role requires flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • A pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Final-year student or graduate from a Hotel Management program is preferred.
