As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, providing timely solutions to their needs.
  • Ensure that guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards, including replacing amenities, supplies, and linens as required.
  • Perform various tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and vacuuming carpets to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Verify that appliances are present in the room and in working order, and report any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances, and dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.

Requirements:

  • No prior work experience or formal education is necessary for this role.
  • Supervisory experience is not required; we value teamwork and collaboration.
  • No specific licenses or certifications are needed; however, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
