Guest Service Ambassador

 

We are seeking a Guest Service Ambassador who can embody the spirit of exceptional hospitality. This role requires a warm, professional, and attentive individual to create lasting impressions on our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Greeting and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, setting the tone for their visit.
  • Reservation and Seating Management: Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Menu Queries and Special Requests: Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Building Relationships with Regular Guests: Foster strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
  • Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution: Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordination with Service Staff: Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management for smooth operations, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

  • Previous Experience in Hospitality or F&B: Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is an asset.
