We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for expanding our corporate partnerships and driving the adoption of our salary account offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with experience in sourcing and onboarding medium and large enterprises. They will also have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Proven track record of success in business development

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners
  • Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances
  • Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation
