Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

A sales professional with expertise in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. Proficient in managing sales teams, team productivity optimization, and industry governance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets through effective sales tactics and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Expand the company's customer base for mortgage products while maintaining strong liaison for repeat business or referrals.
  • Maximize sales through a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), Builders, and Connectors by effectively managing relationships and ensuring strong business.
  • Identify and maintain key builder channel relationships to maximize number of Approved Projects Funds (APFs) and increase penetration in approved APF projects.
  • Ensure high-quality Customer Service and good Portfolio Quality by adhering to internal processes and policies.
  • Optimize team productivity by managing a team of sales managers to achieve team results and maximize profitability of the region.
  • Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.
  • Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming them from time to time in presentation and selling skills.
  • Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams.
  • Ensure superior communication of objectives through Area review meetings.
  • Develop and execute effective long-range area sales growth plans.
  • Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit and NHB regulations as well as processes, policies, and reports as per company designed systems.
