Job Title: Senior Business Leader

We seek an accomplished and dynamic professional to oversee a large team of experts focused on delivering exceptional service to Banking and Finance clients in the Data & AI space.

  • Leverage your expertise to manage a portfolio and lead a team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
  • Ensure successful execution of multiple projects, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business growth through strategic leadership and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project and Delivery Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
    • Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, profitability management, and quality standards.
    • Establish effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes for all projects.
    • Continuously monitor and enhance delivery processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and improve outcomes.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    • BUILD strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive client success and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  3. Management Consulting:
    • Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients navigate digital transformation and Data & AI initiatives.
    • Lead business analysis and problem-solving efforts, helping clients identify areas for optimization and innovation.
  4. Sales and Business Development:
    • Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
    • Drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Participate in RFP responses, engage in client discussions, and create winning proposals that meet both client requirements and organizational goals.
  5. Profitability Management:
    • Own a portfolio, ensuring profitable operations and responsible financial management.
    • Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
    • Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising delivery quality.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, development, and employee engagement.
    • Support resource allocation and workforce planning to meet current and future project demands.
  7. Process Improvement and Innovation:
    • Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IT service delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within the Banking and Finance Management sector.
