Executive Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled business leader to assume this pivotal role. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for spearheading new business generation and retention of large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the sales arena.
  • Manage diverse client relationships across Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients, fostering strong connections and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments in Health and Benefits space, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
Core Skills and Experience:
  • Possess domain knowledge with an ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
  • Hold an MBA degree and possess technical knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Showcase a proven track record of success in sales roles, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels to effectively close business.
  • Display strategic thinking, developing and executing effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
