The Senior Manager - New Business & Growth role focuses on spearheading efforts to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and enhance market presence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats, providing actionable insights to shape business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for clients that align with their brand and business goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with proven ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, with knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations.
