Key Responsibilities:- Provide a positive first impression of our hospital by greeting patients and visitors with a warm smile.
- Schedule patient appointments with the correct doctors, utilizing our electronic scheduling system to maximize efficiency.
- Handle billing errors, records, and collect patient charges, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain patient records, including insurance policies, confidentiality, and financial records.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Help patients fill out forms and applications, providing clear explanations and assistance as needed.
- Screen patient information and insurance eligibility, verifying details before proceeding with treatment or services.
- Coordinate activities and relay documents with other clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a contact list of patients, keeping records up-to-date and accurate.
