
Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants to ensure a steady flow of verified clients.
- Source new leads through partner networks and references, and activate the channel partner network to drive registrations and bookings.
- Plan and execute broker meets and field visits to establish and nurture key relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow and provide regular feedback and market intelligence.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
- Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
Must have:
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
- In-depth local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
Prefers:
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused individual.
- Own vehicle for field visits.
