We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the General Insurance industry to drive end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level positions. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, market mapping, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid & senior-level roles in the General Insurance domain.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand talent needs.
- Conduct market mapping and build a strong database of industry professionals.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports using Excel.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 26 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Insurance / BFSI sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
