Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening our talent acquisition function. This involves building and executing recruitment strategies that align with our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies.
  • Align hiring plans with business growth strategies.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping: Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).

Requirements:

  1. 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience.
  2. Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
  3. Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  5. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
