- Develop strategic connections within the lending market to engage potential partners in discussions and sales pitches.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to finalize agreements and arrangements with lending institutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for lending partners, ensuring seamless integration.
- Design and implement effective partnership models, structures, and pricing frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation by leveraging technology and automation to enhance the lending experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Business Rules Engines (BRE), product structuring, and technology integration.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with lending institutions to maximize volumes and optimize business growth.
- Analyze daily business performance metrics, track key numbers, and make data-driven decisions to scale business volumes.
- Contribute to product and business development from concept to launch.
- Proven track record in Sales / Business Development with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.
- Strong understanding of operational procedures, compliance requirements, and internal systems.
- Ability to collaborate across departments for seamless execution.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including RBI regulations and financial laws.
- Strong grasp of financial trends within the company and broader market.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to guide teams and drive interdepartmental coordination.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making, MIS reporting, and process analysis.
- 5 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech / Banking in BD / Sales role.
