Renewal Business Partner

SAP is a leading enterprise software company that enables organizations to run better. We're seeking a skilled Renewal Business Partner to join our team in the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) and Greater China regions.
This role will be part of the Global Commercial Finance (GCF) organization, working closely with Sales, Local Commercial colleagues, Pricing, Legal, Booking, Compliance, and Revenue Recognition teams.
As a Renewal Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing deals to ensure completeness and accuracy of quotations
- Supporting quote approval processes and ensuring timely approvals according to SAP policies
- Drafting contract documents from templates and adding specific language for deal details
- Serving as a primary point of contact for Customer Renewal Center and building long-term business relationships
- Accommodating quarter-end and year-end deadlines and responding to spikes in workload
- Supporting projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization, and efficiency increase
We're looking for individuals with 1-3 years of commercial or relevant experience who possess analytical thinking skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
