Job Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and approachable customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Service Standards: Maintain high standards of customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship training program, gaining practical knowledge and skills to excel in your role.
