Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Manager, located in North Goa. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective client services and communication. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The role also involves analytical tasks to improve client services and contributing to the overall success of the event management projects.
