Hotel Guest Service Agent

The Hotel Guest Service Agent plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. This involves ensuring seamless check-ins, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

  • Complete the registration process by accurately inputting information into our computer system, confirming pertinent details such as the number of guests and room rates.
  • Select suitable rooms based on guests' needs, code electronic keys, and confirm room numbers and rates with a written confirmation.
  • Promote and administer Hilton marketing programs, such as Hilton Honors, to arriving guests, ensuring they are aware of the location of rooms containing room keys, tokens of appreciation, gifts, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
  • Able to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to meet business needs.
  • Able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
