Job Description

The Luxury Guest Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay. This role requires a high level of expertise in guest relations, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of guest services, including concierge, car rental, tickets, office services, beauty services, babysitting, etc.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local attractions, restaurants, and businesses to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise the concierge team, communicate employee schedules, and ensure staff grooming and attire meet hotel standards.
  • Provide a warm welcome and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay, ensuring excellent customer service and handling guest problems and complaints.
  • Support the developmental needs of employees, provide coaching and mentoring, and participate in employee progressive discipline procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality industry, preferably in guest services or concierge role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and businesses.
