We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Contact Centre Representative, a position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
As a Contact Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer queries or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, and escalating priority issues when necessary.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide product or service-related information to customers.
In addition, you will work closely with other departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
