Centre Leadership Position

We are seeking a Centre Director to lead our team in a dynamic environment. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the centre, overseeing the team, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for entire Centre Operations and leading the team
  • Responsible for conversions and admissions
  • Single point of contact for parents and colleagues
  • Mentor and coach the team
  • Responsible for the Centre's financial performance
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle parents and internal teams
  • A high level of customer focus
  • Ability to handle walk-ins and convert them to admissions
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong problem-solving ability and must be a team player
  • Working knowledge in Early Childhood Education
  • Must be tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a flair for numbers
Work Timings:
  • Weekdays – 9 hours
  • 2 Saturdays – half days

The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience managing similar setups or retail / customer service / client servicing backgrounds. Young mothers willing to re-enter the workforce, with team handling experience and customer orientation, are also encouraged to apply.
