About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Manager to lead our Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of operations to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual operating plans to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage and maintain the physical plant, including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and life safety systems.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure optimal effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in hospitality, with at least 1-2 years in a similar responsibility level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of market analysis processes and hotel industry trends.
- An analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
