Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients, as well as building strong relationships with existing ones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned by the organization
  • Provide regular updates to management on business development progress and insights

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
