Growth and Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans.
- Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI and achieve targets.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch.
- Strong expertise in growth hacking, product marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of campaign management tools and web analytics tools.
- Highly goal-driven, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
