Institutional Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled institutional relations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our institutional partnerships department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions across India and international partner universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and universities.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions in line with company objectives.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Organize and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions.
  • Represent the organization during education fairs and institutional meetings.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with counseling, admissions, processing, and marketing teams to support partner engagement.
  • Share regular updates and feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events.
  • Knowledge of international education systems is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams.
