About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales relationship manager to contribute to our company's growth by acquiring new corporate and MSME clients, pitching the benefits of invoice discounting, and building strong relationships with CXOs and finance leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire new corporate and MSME clients for the platform through targeted outreach and business development activities.
- Pitch and explain how invoice discounting helps businesses improve cash flow, highlighting the benefits of faster access to cash.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and finance leaders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with product, operations, and service teams to support client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in sales/business development in banking, fintech, NBFC, or financial services.
- Graduate/MBA with knowledge of invoice/trade finance and a solid understanding of the industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in teams, with a results-oriented approach.
