  • Develops and implements document control systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in technical documentation.
  • Creates, edits, and revises documents, including drawings, datasheets, and labeling documents, to meet production requirements.
  • Maintains data integrity and ensures compliance with ISO standards, internal quality, and production standards.
  • Coordinates the flow of documentation between departments, suppliers, and consultants/customers.
  • Updates records of approved documents and drawings in the Document Archive and File Server for easy traceability.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document maintenance.
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Document Controlling or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and document creation tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
