
Document Coordinator

This role presents an opportunity to deliver high-quality technical documentation that supports the production of labeling documents, manuals, and testing procedures.
The key responsibilities include:
- Generating a list of deliverables (drawings, datasheets, checking vendor drawings, and managing document numbering and revisions according to contract specifications).
- Formatting, implementing, and managing technical documentation to meet the demands for production.
- Ensuring data integrity and document use, which may involve customer data and quality and regulatory data following ISO standards to internal quality and production standards.
- Recording and filing all documentation between the engineering department, projects department, suppliers, and consultants/customers.
- Maintaining updated records of approved documents and drawings in the Document Archive and File Server with easy traceability.
The essential requirements for this position are:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in document maintenance.
- Bachelor/Diploma in document controlling or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and document creation tools like MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
