**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**

A Software Sales Coordinator facilitates the sales process by providing essential administrative and coordination support to the sales team. They work closely with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Support**:Assist sales representatives in preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

**Order Processing**:Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

**Coordination**:Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and product demonstrations between sales representatives and clients.

**Documentation**:Prepare and maintain sales reports, sales forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with software products and technologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
