**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 4 years experience in sales coordinator or similar field
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in CRM software.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales activities.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients to provide information, answer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and events.
- **Data Management**: Maintain an organized database of client information, leads, and sales activity.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the sales department.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
