The role of a Document Controller is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.
We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills to manage all site administration, document management, and book keeping tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining all registers on a daily basis.
- Controlling issuance of document numbers and ensuring proper documentation at the site.
- Quality checking on all documents received.
- Maintaining proper document classification, sorting, and filing for easy retrieval.
- Ensuring adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
- Tracking POs and GRNs in SAP and coordinating drawing issues in SAP.
- Handling site-related administrative tasks and coordinating with HO departments for issue resolution.
- Managing security and contractual staff attendance and recruitment coordination.
- Auditing internal and external audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with 2+ years work experience in Document Management.
- Sound knowledge of SAP, Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
