Office Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support with data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining physical and electronic records.
- Monitor office supply inventory, order necessary items as required, and maintain a well-stocked stationery cupboard.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing for meetings, including setting up meeting rooms and taking minutes if required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, draft routine correspondence, memos, and reports as directed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance staff to ensure the office premises are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Offer general assistance to various departments or staff members as required to support overall office operations.
Requirements:
- 1-5 Years of experience in an administrative role.
- Any Bachelor Degree qualification.
