About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual who can effectively manage business commitments. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
The role also involves handling correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of Ankit Srivastava, as well as coordinating meetings, events, and business engagements. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential in handling sensitive information.
Assisting with personal and business-related tasks, including documentation and filing, is also an important aspect of this role. Additionally, overseeing project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups is required.
Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree preferred, 2+ years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools.
