Our services are designed to provide holistic paediatric wellness solutions through physical clinics and telemedicine. We focus on the child and the parents, offering services such as consultation, vaccinations, development assessment, therapies, lactation, and nutrition. Our goal is to become a leading paediatric healthcare provider, and we need a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving activities in schools, societies, and pharmacies to promote 2070Health's child healthcare services. Your role will involve driving partnerships, executing campaigns, and managing activations to achieve business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Offline Business - To drive clinic growth through offline sales channels, with a direct impact on our company's business profitability.
  2. School Activations - Build relationships with schools and manage health camps, awareness programs, and presentations to school authorities.
  3. Society Activations - Engage residential societies for health camps, vaccination drives, and lead tracking for conversions.
  4. Pharmacy Activations - Partner with pharmacies for promotions, referrals, and increasing patient footfall through activations.
  5. Other Experiments - Explore new engagement avenues with doctors, corporate partnerships, and other stakeholders.
  6. BTL/ATL Marketing - Implement BTL/ATL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  7. Lead Generation and Reporting - Generate leads, track key metrics, and provide performance reports with improvement suggestions.
  8. Lead Conversion - Follow up and convert leads into business results.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or activations, preferably in healthcare or education.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel for activations across the region.

Preferred Skills:

  • Offline Sales - Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in working with schools, residential societies, etc. (Not Mandatory).
  • Past Healthcare background preferred (Not Mandatory).
  • English, Hindi & Kannada (good to have).
