Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative to cover the entire state of Kerala. This role will focus on driving growth and expansion in our Test Preparation business.

As a key member of our sales team, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the K12 or test preparation domain, excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion in the Test Preparation ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling test preparation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Test Preparation market.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the Test Prep/K12 domain, with a strong track record for at least 5 years.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
