Enterprise AI Sales and Growth Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise AI Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise AI space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and build target customer lists across industries, identify decision-makers, and collect verified contact information.
  • Outreach & Pipeline Building: Execute outreach campaigns via email and calls, craft compelling first-touch messages, and maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
  • Sales Development: Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects, document customer pain points, and map them to Twinamics' use cases.
  • GTM Collateral & Demos: Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies, and support product demo sessions.
  • Market & Account Intelligence: Track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends, and research key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, and prepare reports for the sales and GTM team on progress and insights.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong sales orientation, email marketing, outreach, cold calling, and research skills.
  • Crisp written and verbal communication, ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
  • An entrepreneurial bias to action, scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong analytical skills.
